i just got home less than half an hour ago..as usual..went to my weekly dithyrambic practise...we stayed back..and learned up the new malay lyrics for Shyh Poh's song..Land Far Away..will be performing in Istana Budaya on the 31st of Jan...for some charity event againts the Palestinian war..(or something like that la)...

i still remembered when i 1st learned bout this song..i was kinda nervous and didnt know what to expect as this piece has a very different score than any other conventional choral pieces...and the 1st time i performed this piece was during the World Youth Choral Festival in singapore back in december last year...we not only needed to sing..but to act too...it was my very 1st time facing such a big challenge...i sux big time at acting...but with the help from my fellow frens in the choir..i managed to pull it thru...and now..i'm loving that song sooooooooo much...its a very meaningful piece..and everytime i sing it...i could actually feel all the emotions in it...and i almost cried during the performance in singapore...even we changed the lyrics into malay words...i still could feel it too...somehow this piece managed to touch my heart..love this piece alot...
just now we fitted the translated malay lyrics into the original version of it...and learn it all up in more than an hour..managed to get the recording done...which explain why i'm home so late today...

so now i'm looking forward to the performance...hopefully everything will run smoothly for us all...

anyways...i'm kinda lazy to update...shall wait til i get the pics from vic on ling's birthday celebration on sunday...

monday as usual..the one and only class for the whole day...and at 8am...went out in the evening to meet up with a fren for dinner...1st time went out alone to somewhere unfamiliar to meet up with a fren...new experience..=)

tuesday...busied for the entire day..classes and classes and classes...
2mr's wednesday...hmm actually should say that its already wednesday...like my day will start in less than 7 hours...hope that it will be another good day..=)
